Kevin Seward is a distinguished commercial finance leader with more than 30 years’ experience in senior roles at major corporations in the UK and Australia. Kevin migrated from the UK to Melbourne in 2006, where he spent his first decade providing strategic financial and cost-optimisation advice to Australia Post as part of its leadership team. Renowned for his profound problem-solving acumen, Kevin helped transform AusPost’s activity and product-based profitability capabilities – critical benchmarks for internal performance, external reporting, and price negotiations with the ACCC.

In 2019, Kevin founded his own procurement consulting business under the ERA Group banner. His extensive experience working with C-suites, combined with deep industry connections and impeccable commercial credentials, have seen Kevin lead numerous programs of work, yielding tens of millions of dollars in cost savings while improving service-level agreements and enhancing back-office performance.

Alongside his busy professional journey, Kevin has always found time to support those who’ve had less fortunate starts in life. He’s mentored dozens of young adults who’ve migrated to Australia under refugee visas, guiding them to assimilate and navigate complex educational and social pathways. He’s also stayed true to his sporting roots, committing evenings and weekends to his enduring passion as a soccer player, administrator and coach. He currently coaches a senior women’s team, and is a prominent advocate of efforts to ensure women get access to the same resources as men at the grassroots level of the sport.
